Clueless

There's no more color in any movie as in Clueless, an icon of 90s,  so simple story but funny as well. As Mean Girls, with the difference that they are not Mean, they are really nice. And the style was everything: the headbands, the scotch style, mini skirts, the t-shirt above the shirt, knee socks, berets, tons of braids.
It's been 18 years since then and this year Wildfox have created a collection inspired by the cult movie.

Valentina

...or the power of a story or Freja Beha Erichsen.
Last year I started to watch a commercial with frecuently. It captured me inmediately and I used to watch a channel to see it again and again and again. The story was about a girl whose family prepared a fancy party for her, with lots of guest, orchesta, staff and more fancy things. She didn´t care about the party and escaped from it to another less "classy" but more enjoyable. Or in another words, she decided to have fun in a different and new way. In that moment  I decided to convert myself in that Valentina's spirit and obviously to buy the new fragance. I call that "the power of a story" because I didn't even knew how the fragance was it, maybe it could be something I don´t like and I would buy it anyway, just because of the story. I even changed my nickname at Blackberry Messenger into Valentina. 
This girl is interpreted by Freja Beha Erichsen, a danish model who lives in New York and appears in campaigns of Balenciaga, Gucci, H&M, Chanel, Emporio Armani, Chloé and others. Her style is fresh, relaxed, minimalist and her attitude is all, from seductive to carefree life. That's the reason why she fits perfect in the role of Valentina, because she doesn´t care of what people says or of the consecuences of her decisions, which is not always good but it is in this case. #Girlsjustwannahavefun

...o el poder de una historia o Freja Beha Erichsen.
El año pasado empecé a ver un comercial con frecuencia. Me capturó de inmediato y recuerdo que veía un sólo canal para ver el comercial una y otra vez. La historia era sobre una chica cuya familia le había preparado una fiesta con muchos invitados, orquesta, personal y más detalles A1. A esta chica no le importó nada y se escapó de su propia fiesta para terminar en una con "menos clase" pero más divertida. O en otras palabras, decidió divertirse de una manera distinta. En ese momento decidí que iba a adoptar el espíritu de Valentina y obviamente que compraría la fragancia. A eso llamo "el poder de una historia" porque no sabía cómo era la fragancia y si me iba a gustar, tal vez ni me gustaba y de todas maneras lo compraría, sólo por la historia. Inclusive cambié mi nombre en el BBM a Valentina.
Esta chica es interpretada por Freja Beha Erichsen, una modelo danesa que vive en Nueva York y que ha aparecido en diferentes campañas para Balenciaga, Gucci, H&M, Chanel, Emporio Armani, Chloé y otros. Su estilo es super fresco, relajado, minimalista y su actitud va de seductora a despreocupada por la vida. Esa es la razón por la que calza perfecto en el rol de Valentina, porque no se preocupa por lo que la gente dice o las consecuencias de sus decisiones, lo cual no siempre es bueno, pero lo es en este caso. #Girlsjustwannahavefun
